Service Adviser (After Sales)

- Call down to all customers to understand satisfaction Receive, log and track status of complaints - Trouble-shoot problems by phone, whatsapp and sometimes in person - Coordinate dispatch of support technicians and understand issue resolution requirements – parts and skills - Follow-up to close complaint and delight customer Track sale of parts required for support - Conduct regional service camps for repair and customer feedback - Provide clear summary "product feedback" and "process feedback" recommendations based on complaints for OEM
