Lead Backend Engineer

Key Criteria for Shortlisting

Educational Background:

• Graduates from Tier-1 colleges (IITs, NITs, IIITs, or equivalent premier institutes).
• Candidates from top B2C product companies are preferred.

Technical Expertise:

• Core Backend: Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks is a must.
• Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Databricks for managing and analyzing data.
• Microservices & Cloud: Proven experience in microservices architecture and Azure cloud technologies.
• Tools: Familiarity with GitBucket for version control.

Experience:

• 6-8 years of relevant industry experience with demonstrable success in backend development roles.
• Past experience in B2C domains is a big plus.

Salary Fitment:

• Candidates expecting a CTC between ₹30–50 LPA (inclusive of variables) will align with the budget.
