Responsibilities: ●Horeca Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the Horeca segment, analyze market trends, and develop effective strategies to expand our presence in the industry. ● Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the Horeca sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies ● Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities ● Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with clients, ensuring the successful execution of contracts and agreements ● Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing valuable insights to the management team ● Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, supply chain, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to Horeca clients ● Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
