This is a Frontend + App Engineering role, where:
- UI meets backend
- APIs break
- Users behave unpredictably
- And your job is to make it all work
👉 You will also ship installable applications (desktop / mobile-ready) using web technologies.

🧠 THE INSANE PLANPHASE 1: BUILD MODE
Ship something that works:
- Build dashboards, chatbot UI, forms, notifications
- Integrate APIs (Supabase / Node / FastAPI)
- Convert web → installable app when needed
PHASE 2: FIRE MODE
Handle chaos:
- Fix UI while backend keeps changing
- Handle failures, loading states, edge cases
- Improve UX based on real users
PHASE 3: SCALE MODE
Make it solid:
- Optimize performance
- Clean component architecture
- Ensure stability across devices
🛠 WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
- Build using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
- Integrate deeply with backend APIs
- Build real features (not dummy pages)
- Work on chatbot UI, dashboards, notifications
- Convert apps into desktop/mobile-ready builds
- Debug real-world issues
- Push to production → fix what breaks
⚙️ NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS
- HTML/CSS (real layouts, responsiveness)
- JavaScript (async, logic, API handling)
- React (state, hooks, components)
- API integration (this matters more than UI design)

📋 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 1 real project (with API integration)
- 15–20 hours/week
- Based in India
- Can start immediately
