The Opportunity: For the first time, we are opening doors for highly skilled 5G L2 software designers in India to be part of our global development teams. This is your chance to contribute directly to the evolution of Ericsson 5G NR and play a critical role in defining how millions connect and communicate worldwide.

What You Will Do

• Design & development of 5G L2 Developer Test framework.
• Create test cases that would enhance 5G L2 software development.
• Debug, test, and integrate test modules & test cases to meet quality norms.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions to ensure best practice implementations.
• Collaborate with global teams on the full product development lifecycle.
• Innovate solutions for 5G NR capabilities with a forward-looking eye toward 6G readiness.
  
  

You will bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in telecom software development with specialization in 4G/5G L2.
• Knowledge of 5G L2 modules - MAC, SCHEDULER, RLC, PDCP.
• Prior work experience in Test Framework, Test Case development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++/Python/Java.
• Solid understanding of 3GPP 5G NR standards and protocols.
  
  

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in telecom.
• Usage of AI based tools in Software Development.
