Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a 538710 position located in Chennai. The selected candidate will manage and oversee various interior design projects by coordinating with clients, technical teams, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Day-to-day tasks will include planning and executing interior design concepts, sourcing materials, monitoring production, and adhering to project budgets and schedules. The individual will also be responsible for quality assurance, problem-solving during project execution, and maintaining effective communication among key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of interior design concepts, space planning, and project management.
- Ability to manage tasks such as carpentry works, false ceiling installation, electrical and networking systems, flooring, and wall cladding.
- Experience in working with premium hardware, glassworks, and factory-made finished products.
- Strong skills in client management, team coordination, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in time management, quality assurance practices, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Educational qualifications in interior design, architecture, or a related field are preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial and residential interior design is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CAD software, budgeting tools, and inventory management systems is a plus.
