50 Eggs Hospitality Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to
support the execution of marketing initiatives across a multi-brand hospitality
platform. This is a hybrid, hands-on role requiring a disciplined, highly
organized, and execution-focused professional.
The role will work directly with the CEO and Founder,
providing day-to-day support across a wide range of marketing functions,
including social media, content creation, brand development, presentations, and
basic graphic design. The position is designed for a high-potential, early- to
mid-career professional who can operate with structure, urgency, and
accountability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Brand Support
- Execute marketing initiatives across multiple restaurant
brands and concepts
- Support ongoing brand development, rebranding efforts, and
new concept launches
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
Social Media & Content Development
- Manage and execute social media content calendars
- Create and publish engaging content
- Monitor trends and track performance
Design & Creative Production
- Develop marketing assets using Canva, Adobe InDesign, or
similar tools
- Produce presentations and marketing materials
- Support menu design and promotional collateral
Executive Support & Project Management
- Work directly with the CEO on marketing initiatives
- Manage multiple projects and drive execution
- Provide coordination support for marketing activities
Agency Coordination & Vendor Management
- Support oversight of external agencies
- Assist in managing deliverables and timelines
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of marketing or related experience
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
tools
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
