Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a 5 Axis Turn Mill Operator located in Hyderabad. The 5 Axis Turn Mill Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating 5-axis turn mill machines to produce precision components. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, programming CNC machines, performing quality checks, and maintaining machinery. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and achieving production targets are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating 5-axis turn mill machines and CNC programming
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and precision measurement tools
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in an industrial environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant technical certifications or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus
