We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 3DEXPERIENCE Solution Architect to lead the technical and functional aspects of our 3DEXPERIENCE platform implementations. The ideal candidate will design, customize, and integrate solutions, working closely with clients to drive successful deployments.

Job Description
- In large projects, lead a module technically and functionally till value delivery
- In small to mid-size projects, lead end-to-end project delivery
- Task, effort, and schedule planning for assigned module/project
- Lead the team of developers and testers
- Analyze functional specifications
- Define technical specifications for setting up, customizing, and integrating the 3DExperience platform
- User interface development
- Review and develop all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements
- Contribute to developing innovative tools, comprehensive templates, and scalable processes
- Support and build a healthy and growing work culture

Solution Design and Development:
- Requirement understanding and solution design
- Managing traceability across requirement, user stories, development, test cases
- Measuring the impacts of any requested change
- Technical trouble shooting
- Fit-gap analysis b/w On-Prem & cloud platform
- Understanding of the data migration & intregration to the 3DX cloud platform
- Effort estimation
Customer Communication:
- Customer communication & scope control
- OOTB and customer demo delivery
- Conducting structured requirement fine-tuning workshop
- Negotiate on scope spillover
- Manage change requests
People Management:
- Project planning and task management
- Issue tracking and reporting
- Sizing and defining the tasks to be done by the developers
- Checking the quality of the code delivered by the developers
- Leading and coaching different developers
- Implementing development best practices
- Implementing QA best practices
