We are Hiring — 3DEXPERIENCE® Test Automation Lead | India (Hybrid)
At We.PLM, we are looking for a Test Automation Lead who thrives at the intersection of quality engineering and PLM — someone ready to shape how we test and deliver complex ENOVIA, CATIA, and Autodesk Inventor solutions.
This is not just a testing role. It is a leadership opportunity to build, own, and evolve our automation practice across real-world PLM programs.
What you will own:
→ Define end-to-end test strategy — regression, integration, and UAT — aligned to project timelines
→ Lead and coordinate a team of 2–3 testers across all test phases
→ Drive automation using Selenium/Playwright and TestComplete, and identify opportunities to expand coverage
→ Manage test cycles, plans, and traceability in Jira + XRay
→ Own defect triage, go/no-go decisions, and quality reporting to steering committees
→ Partner with Solution Architects, developers, and customer teams throughout delivery
What we are looking for:
→ Hands-on experience with Selenium/Playwright and TestComplete
→ Exposure to testing ENOVIA, CATIA, and/or Autodesk Inventor environments
→ Strong background in Agile / Scrum and test management
→ Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tooling for automated testing
→ Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
