Job Description:
We are looking for a talented 3D Walkthrough Artist with strong expertise in creating realistic architectural visualizations and animations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in producing high-quality walkthroughs and a good understanding of design aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality 3D walkthroughs and architectural visualizations
Develop models, textures, lighting, and rendering setups
Collaborate with design, architecture, and project teams
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality
Required Skills:
Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and SketchUp
Strong knowledge of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques
Familiarity with AI tools for design/visualization workflows
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage
Experience:
5-7 years (preferred)
