🚀 We’re Hiring | 3D Visualizer (Real Estate | Walkthrough Specialist) | Gurgaon

We are building a design-led real estate brand and are looking to onboard a highly skilled 3D Visualizer with strong experience in real estate walkthroughs, high-rise residential projects, and premium villa developments.

• This role is critical to how our projects are visualized, positioned, and sold — we are looking for someone who can deliver photorealistic renders and high-quality walkthrough videos comparable to leading developers like DLF Limited and Sobha Limited.

🔹 Who We’re Looking For

✔ Relevant Experience (6–8 years)

• Proven experience in architectural visualization for real estate projects

Strong portfolio of:

• High-rise residential projects (exterior + aerial views)
• Villa projects (exteriors + interiors)
• 3D walkthrough animations (must-have)

✔ Exposure to Advanced 3D Technologies

• Hands-on experience with latest rendering engines and real-time visualization tools
• Ability to create cinematic walkthroughs with lighting, movement, and storytelling

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D renders for residential and commercial projects
• Develop walkthrough videos for high-rise buildings, villas, and township projects
• Produce aerial views, façade renders, and amenity visualizations (clubhouse, landscape, etc.)
• Work closely with architects and interior designers to translate drawings into visuals
• Deliver renders for marketing collaterals, brochures, and digital campaigns
• Ensure consistency in design language and premium visual quality

🔹 Technical Skill Sets (Mandatory)

Strong proficiency in:

• 3ds Max / SketchUp
• V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape / Unreal Engine (preferred)

• Experience in walkthrough animation tools and video rendering pipelines

Strong understanding of:

• Lighting (day/night scenes)
• Material mapping & textures
• Camera angles & cinematic presentation

• Knowledge of post-production tools (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Understanding of what sells in real estate visuals
