Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Visualizer role based in Nathdwara. The 3D Visualizer will create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and graphics to support architectural, interior, product, and marketing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed 3D models, applying appropriate materials and lighting, and producing realistic still images, walkthroughs, and animations. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, architects, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to interpret concepts, refine visual outputs, and ensure alignment with project requirements and brand guidelines. The 3D Visualizer will also maintain organized project files, meet delivery timelines, and stay updated on visualization tools, techniques, and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert AutoCAD 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and technical designs into accurate and detailed 3D models.
- Create high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior renderings for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
- Develop realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements for visual presentations.
- Produce 3D walkthroughs, flythrough animations, and presentation-ready visual content.
- Interpret architectural and interior design drawings to accurately represent design intent in 3D.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project teams throughout the design process.
- Modify and enhance 3D models and renderings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy, design consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare visual presentations, mood boards, and marketing graphics for client meetings and project approvals.
- Optimize 3D models and rendering workflows to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest visualization techniques, rendering technologies, and industry trends.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and timely delivery.
