Role Overview
We are looking for a 3D Visualiser to create compelling visual representations of Sanctity Ferme projects. This role will involve developing architectural visualisations, layout plans, and project presentations that help communicate our vision across design, marketing, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
3D Visualisation & Rendering
- Create high-quality 3D visualisations of buildings, landscapes, and project environments
- Develop architectural 3D models and realistic renderings for project presentations
Project Layouts & Master Plans
- Prepare layout maps and master plans for project developments
- Convert architectural concepts and plans into clear visual representations
Project Visual Updates
- Develop project-wise 3D updates and visual presentations for internal and external use
- Support design and marketing teams with updated visual material
Marketing & Creative Support
- Design brochure visuals, marketing creatives, and project presentation assets
- Support internal portfolio development and documentation for projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in 3D visualising or architectural visualisation
- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software
- Ability to translate architectural concepts into visual presentations
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous visualisation work
A formal degree is not mandatory. Practical experience and quality of work matter more.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with architectural visualisation workflows
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or creative AI tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with design, marketing, and project teams
- Strong creative sense and visual storytelling ability
