Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in an architectural or design studio.
- A strong portfolio that highlights expertise in 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering.
- Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and other visualization software.
- A creative mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver top-notch visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D models and renderings of architectural projects.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop visual concepts.
- Produce photorealistic images for presentations and marketing materials.
- Work on both exterior and interior models, ensuring comprehensive and detailed visualizations.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all visual representations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization.
