Role: Project Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who has experience in the design field, preferably with exposure to AR/VR, 3D, or immersive technology projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and track detailed project plans
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost using the right tools
- Coordinate with clients to gather and clarify requirements (travel may be required)
- Measure progress using project management tools and techniques
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Identify and sequence project activities effectively
- Allocate resources (time, budget, equipment) efficiently
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments for successful delivery
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–5 years of experience
- Immediate joiner
- Strong background in the design field
- Experience handling AR/VR, 3D, or immersive tech projects is an added advantage
