We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented 3D Modeler & Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating high-quality 3D assets and have strong hands-on experience with Blender and Maya. You will work closely with the design and product teams to deliver compelling and optimized 3D visuals.
Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for various projects.
• Produce efficient low-poly models suitable for optimized workflows.
• Perform mesh optimization, retopology, and polygon reduction while maintaining visual fidelity.
• Interpret concept art and references into accurate 3D assets.
• Optimize models for performance across platforms.
• Produce photorealistic renders and visual presentations.
• Maintain organized project files and follow asset pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–4 years of professional or strong freelance experience in 3D modelling.
• Proficiency in Blender and Autodesk Maya.
• Strong hands-on experience in low-poly modelling and mesh optimization.
• Solid understanding of UV mapping, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Good understanding of PBR workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and visual sense.
Preferred / Nice to Have
• Experience with ZBrush for sculpting.
• Basic animation or rigging knowledge.
• Experience with product visualization or hard-surface modelling.
