Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Generalist to join our creative team in Mumbai. This role requires a technical expert capable of overseeing the full 3D production pipeline. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-fidelity assets-from initial modeling and rigging to final lighting and animation-ensuring all outputs meet our standards for visual excellence and technical performance. Implement advanced rigging and deliver fluid, realistic animations for characters and environmental elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Creation: Lead the end-to-end development of 3D assets, including high-poly modeling, retopology, and UV mapping.
- Rigging & Animation: Implement advanced rigging systems and deliver fluid, realistic animations for characters and environmental elements.
- Visual Development: Execute sophisticated lighting, texturing, and shading to achieve high-fidelity, photorealistic results.
- Technical Integration: Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure 3D content is optimized for various digital and physical immersive platforms.
- Pipeline Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges within the 3D workflow to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a 3D Generalist, ideally within the experiential, advertising, or gaming industries.
- Primary Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of Blender.
- Advanced Toolkit: Demonstrated proficiency in Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, and Nuke for compositing and real-time rendering.
- Technical Depth: Mastery of rigging, skinning, and lighting principles.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Education: A degree or formal certification in Animation, 3D Design, or a related field.
