Work Description
- As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets that bring game worlds, characters, and environments to life. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other artists to ensure visual consistency and performance optimization across the game.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models for characters, environments, props, and assets.
- Develop textures, materials, and UV maps using industry-standard tools.
- Optimize assets for real-time performance without compromising visual quality.
- Collaborate with the art and design team to match the game’s visual style.
- Integrate assets into game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Iterate on feedback and refine assets to meet artistic and technical standards.
- Maintain proper file organization and documentation for assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Knowledge of PBR workflows and game asset optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Basic understanding of rigging and animation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
