Role Description The 3D Designer Specialising In Exhibitions And Events is a full-time, on-site role based in South East Delhi. This role involves conceptualizing and creating 3D designs for exhibition booths, stage setups, event layouts, and experiential spaces, from initial sketches to final visualizations. The designer will develop detailed 3D models, apply lighting, materials, and textures, and prepare presentation-ready renders and walkthroughs for client reviews. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with event planners and account teams, interpreting client briefs, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring concepts align with brand guidelines and technical feasibility. The role also includes working with fabricators and production teams to translate designs into executable structures, meeting timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills for exhibitions, events, and spatial environments.
- Proficiency in Lighting and Animation to create realistic, engaging visualizations and walkthroughs.
- Graphic Design capabilities to develop event branding, signage, and complementary visual elements.
- Experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and on-site teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field; prior experience in exhibition or event design is highly beneficial.
