Role Overview
As a Senior Executive - 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visualizations that help clients clearly understand design concepts, improve proposal success rates, and reduce design iteration cycles.
Must-Have Criteria
Experience in commercial interior fit-out / workplace design
Demonstrated expertise in high-quality 3D visualization and rendering
Hands-on proficiency in industry-standard 3D and rendering tools
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Senior Architects to understand design intent
Develop detailed 3D models from 2D drawings and concepts
Create photorealistic interior and exterior renderings
Translate conceptual designs into compelling visual presentations
Support business pitches through strong visual storytelling
Customize visual outputs based on client feedback and preferences
Deliver quick visualization outputs during client discussions and negotiations
Build and maintain an internal design asset library for efficiency
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high quality across all visual outputs
Experience
Required Experience & Skills
3-6 years of experience in 3D visualization
Education
Experience in commercial interior fit-outs/workplace design preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field
Technical Skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D visualization and rendering expertise
Proficiency In Tools Such As
3ds Max
SketchUp
V-Ray
Lumion
Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent software)
Core Competencies
Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial design
High attention to detail and visual accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpretation skills for design concepts
