Role Overview:
Experience: We are looking for candidates who have experience in the event industry (mandatory) and a minimum of 4 years of experience or more.
Salary Range: INR 4,20,000 - 5,40,000 Annual CTC
We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead 3D Designer from the Events & Exhibition industry who can lead a team of designers while managing complete design execution from concept development to final project delivery. The candidate should possess strong visualization skills, technical expertise and leadership abilities to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.
Requirement:
Proficiency in the following software:
3ds Max
V-Ray
CorelDRAW
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe After Effects
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 3D Artists and Designers.
Oversee complete project execution from concept creation to final delivery.
Design creative 3D exhibition stalls, stage setups, and event environments.
Create high-quality 3D renders and presentation visuals.
Develop artwork and branding layouts for exhibition stalls.
Ensure timely delivery of all design projects as per client requirements.
Maintain proper and equal distribution of work within the design team.
Improve team efficiency by guiding team members with new skills, techniques, and creative approaches.
Coordinate closely with Client Servicing and Production teams to meet project timelines and execution standards.
Ensure designs are practical, production-friendly, and aligned with client expectations.
Maintain design quality and consistency across all projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Good to have:
Prior experience in Exhibition Stall Designing & Event Industry.
Leadership experience in handling a creative design team.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, and production processes related to exhibitions and events.
