We are a creative wedding and events company specializing in immersive, story-driven celebrations. From luxury weddings to large-scale themed events, we transform ideas into unforgettable experiences. We’re looking for a talented 3D Designer who can bring concepts to life visually before they’re built in the real world.

As a 3D Designer, you will create high-quality 3D visuals and layouts for wedding décor, stage setups, installations, and experiential spaces. Your work will help clients visualize their event and support internal teams during planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and realistic renders for wedding and event setups
• Create stage designs, mandaps, entrances, table layouts, floral installations, and thematic décor
• Translate creative briefs and mood boards into detailed 3D visualizations
• Collaborate with event planners, decorators, production teams, and vendors
• Prepare layout plans, elevations, and walkthroughs for client presentations
• Revise designs based on client feedback and budget constraints
• Ensure designs are feasible for real-world execution
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in events, weddings, exhibitions, or interiors
• Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar
• Strong rendering skills using V-Ray, Lumion, Corona, Enscape, etc.
• Good understanding of scale, lighting, materials, and spatial design
• Ability to work from concepts, sketches, or reference images
• Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines

Nice to Have

• Experience specifically in wedding or luxury event design
• Knowledge of basic technical drawings and measurements
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Motion walkthroughs or animated fly-throughs
• Understanding of fabrication, materials, and on-ground production
