Role Description The 3D Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. This role involves creating 3D concepts and visualizations for retail displays, kiosks, and branding structures, translating client briefs into functional and appealing designs. The 3D Designer will develop detailed 3D models, apply materials and lighting, and prepare production-ready files in coordination with the fabrication team. Daily tasks include collaborating with project managers and graphic designers, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring that all visual merchandising and POSM outputs align with brand guidelines and manufacturing constraints. The role also includes preparing presentations, animations or walkthroughs as needed, and supporting multiple projects with clear documentation and timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for retail displays, kiosks, and structural branding elements.
- Proficiency in Lighting for 3D scenes, including material, texture, and visual rendering optimization.
- Experience in Graphic Design for adapting brand assets, layouts, and print-ready files for POSM and signage.
- Capability in Animation or motion-based presentations to showcase concepts, walkthroughs, or product display flows.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and retail environment constraints for practical design execution.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field; prior experience in visual merchandising or POSM is an advantage.
