Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Design Architect to develop high-quality 3D visualizations, and presentations for commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural and interior design knowledge, excellent visualization skills, and proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D renderings, and walkthroughs based on design concepts and technical drawings.
- Develop realistic interior visualizations for client presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
- Produce photorealistic renders, animations, and virtual walkthroughs.
- Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements to enhance visual quality.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural visualization trends, rendering technologies, and software advancements.
- Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Interior Design.
- 2–5 years of experience in 3D modelling and rendering.
- Strong understanding of architectural/ interior drawings, and design principles.
- Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Required Technical Skills
- SketchUp (Preferred)
- AutoCAD
- Lumion (Preferred)
- Enscape / D5 (Preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, and rendering techniques.
- Ability to create animated walkthroughs and flythrough videos.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
