Hiring: 3D Artist / Unity 3D Designer (Immediate Joiner)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented 3D Artist / Unity 3D Designer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and integrating 3D assets for real-time applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D models using tools like Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max
- Optimize models for real-time performance (low-poly modeling, LODs, mesh optimization)
- Perform UV unwrapping, texture creation, and PBR texturing
- Import assets into Unity and manage prefabs, scenes, and hierarchies
- Set up materials, lighting, and environments in Unity
- Implement basic interactions (colliders, simple scripting, coordination with developers)
- Manage different file formats (.fbx, .obj, etc.) and maintain asset pipeline workflows
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in 3D modeling and asset optimization
- Basic working knowledge of Unity engine
- Understanding of real-time rendering constraints and performance optimization
- Experience with texturing workflows and lighting setup
Good to Have:
- Experience working on real-time 3D applications, simulations, or games
- Familiarity with performance standards for interactive environments
