We are looking for a Mid-Level 3D Artist with strong expertise in creating high-quality static
meshes, props, and environmental assets for games. This role requires someone who is
technically skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating visually compelling
game-ready assets.
This is strictly a mid-level position. Candidates with only junior-level experience are not
suitable for this role.
Responsibilities
● Create high-quality static meshes, props, and environmental assets optimized for
real-time use.
● Develop assets from blockout to final production, including modeling, UV mapping,
texturing, and optimization.
● Create game-ready PBR textures using industry-standard workflows.
● Ensure clean topology, efficient UV layouts, and proper texel density.
● Optimize assets to meet performance budgets and technical requirements.
● Integrate and test assets in Unreal Engine, ensuring correct materials, scale, and visual
quality.
● Maintain consistent artistic quality and technical standards across all assets.
● Collaborate with the team to ensure assets align with the project's artistic vision.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Strong expertise in:
○ Blender (modeling, UV mapping, optimization)
○ Substance Painter (PBR texturing)
○ Unreal Engine (asset integration, materials, and environment setup)
● Proven ability to create:
○ Static meshes
○ Props
○ Environmental assets
● Strong understanding of:
○ Game asset optimization techniques
○ PBR workflow
○ Texel density and UV efficiency
○ Real-time rendering constraints
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high asset and texture quality
standards.
● Passion for video games and game development.
● Intermediate English communication skills are mandatory, as documentation, tools,
and communication require English proficiency.
Experience Requirement
● 2–5 years of relevant experience in game art, environment art, or prop art.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating game-ready assets created for real-time engines.
● Portfolio must demonstrate clean topology, professional texturing, and optimization
knowledge.
Important Note
● This is a mid-level artist position.
Candidates with only beginner or junior-level skills or portfolios will not be considered.
● As part of our hiring process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete an
intermediate-level art test to help us evaluate technical skills, artistic quality, and
workflow.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)
● Experience working on shipped games
● Knowledge of modular environment workflows
● Basic understanding of lighting in Unreal Engine
