Brandola is a fast-growing offline branding and retail execution company specializing in
POSM, Visual Merchandising, retail branding, fabrication, and pan-India executions. We
work with leading brands across beauty, FMCG, pharma, banking, and retail.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Artist (Mid-Level) who can convert
ideas into high-quality retail and POSM visualizations
The role requires someone comfortable working in a high-paced, operations-driven
environment with strong ownership and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create realistic 3D renders for POSM, retail displays, kiosks, gondolas, FSUs,
CTUs, window displays, and branding elements.
2. Develop product visualization concepts from sketches, references, and briefs.
3. Create production-friendly 3D designs with proper dimensions and material
understanding.
4. Work closely with the design, production, and client servicing teams.
5. Create lighting, texturing, and rendering setups for premium presentations.
6. Support pitch presentations with visually impactful mockups and retail
environments.
7. Understand materials such as acrylic, metal, wood, sunpack, corrugation, foam
board, etc.
8. Modify and adapt designs based on client feedback and production feasibility.
9. Maintain organized project files and version control.
