Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Srinagar, J&K
The selected candidate will work on residential projects, handling both 3D modeling and technical drawings, along with supporting documentation aligned with Indian and UK building standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D models of residential houses using SketchUp
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and submission drawings
- Translate design concepts into detailed technical outputs
- Research and apply building regulations and codes (India & UK)
- Use AI tools to improve report preparation, documentation, and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and building council members.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in SketchUp (Intermediate to Advanced level)
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction drawings
- Interest in learning and applying building regulations and codes (India & UK)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and NotebookLM for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to produce both 3D models and detailed 2D drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and time management abilities
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (flexible for highly skilled candidates)
