Job Title: Blender 3D Animator
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Location: On-site (Delhi)
Company: XLR8 Studio
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Blender 3D Animator with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in production-level projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end animation workflows, including scene setup, animation, lighting, and rendering, with a strong sense of timing, motion, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D animations using Blender for various projects including:
- Event walkthroughs
- Product animations
- Character and object animations
- Work on camera animation, lighting, rendering, and scene composition
- Collaborate with the 3D modeling and design team to ensure seamless workflow
- Understand project briefs and deliver animations as per client and internal requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, especially under tight deadlines
- Make revisions based on feedback from the creative team or client
- Maintain proper file structure and project organization
Required Skills:
- Strong command over Blender (Animation, Lighting, Rendering)
- Understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, weight, motion)
- Knowledge of camera movement and cinematic shots
- Basic knowledge of texturing, shading, and compositing
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and production pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience with Unreal Engine / After Effects / Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of product visualization or event industry projects
- Basic understanding of 3D modeling & rigging
Work Expectations:
- 6-day working (Monday to Saturday)
- Ability to handle urgent deliveries and staybacks if required
- Proactive learning and adapting to new tools and workflows
