About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative thinker who can turn ideas into engaging visual stories. This role is not just about execution — you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and creating video-based experiences, animations, and 3D visuals that capture attention and drive interaction.
Perfect for someone early in their career but strong in creativity and storytelling.
What You’ll Do:
- Ideate and create video concepts, motion stories, and visual narratives
- Design and animate 3D assets and scenes using Blender, Spline, or similar tools
- Produce short-form animations, product visuals, and interactive concepts
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to translate ideas into visuals
- Create storyboards or rough concepts before execution
- Experiment with different styles (realistic, stylized, motion graphics)
- Explore new formats including AI + 3D + interactive video
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–3 years of experience in 3D design, animation, or motion design
- Hands-on experience with Blender, Spline, or similar 3D tools
- Ability to think in concepts, not just execution
- Good sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition
- Ability to take a rough idea and turn it into a compelling visual
- Basic understanding of video editing or motion design
- A portfolio that shows creativity over just technical perfection
Good to Have:
- Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Exposure to AI tools for video or animation
- Interest in interactive content, AR/VR, or web-based experiences
- Basic understanding of real-time or web-based 3D (Three.js, WebGL, etc.)
