Key Responsibilities
- Do daily routine maintenance, troubleshooting & fault finding work.
- Make monthly calibration schedule of IMTE and give to external agency for calibration.
- Follow monthly calibration schedule work with external agency and update history card & other records as per received calibration report.
- Receive quotation, raise indent, follow- up with purchase department.
- Attend new installation, commissioning and documentation work.
- To update drawings, wirings, manuals, data backup of established automation system and general items.
- Reduce budgetary cost by repairing faulty items.
- Try to well maintain o.k. & faulty IMTE with status tag and scrap non-repairable items.
- Ensure the calibration status and tag as per schedule activity.
- Ensure the calibration status and tag as per schedule activity.
- Get the calibration of master instrument by external agency and maintain certificates.
