<div>Job Title: Local Brand Promoter (Events & Festivals)</div><div>Company: 3 Dragons Brewing / The Dragon’s Den</div><div>Location: Lake Worth Beach, FL (local travel required)</div><div>Overview</div><div>We are looking for a reliable, outgoing Local Brand Promoter to represent our beverage brand at local festivals, markets, and events.</div><div>This is a part-time, event-based role (1–2 days per week) focused on engaging the public, promoting our products, and driving customers to our bar, The Dragon’s Den.</div><div>This is not a passive booth position. You will be expected to actively interact with people and create energy around the brand.</div><div>Responsibilities</div><div>Set up and break down event booth/tent</div><div>Actively engage attendees and start conversations</div><div>Educate customers on our beverages (THC, kava, botanical)</div><div>Promote our bar and drive customer visits</div><div>Capture leads (QR/email signups)</div><div>Distribute promotional offers/cards</div><div>Maintain a clean, professional, branded setup</div><div>Report basic results after each event</div><div>Schedule</div><div>1–2 days per week</div><div>Primarily evenings and weekends</div><div>Events typically 3–8 hours</div><div>Compensation</div><div>$160–$220 per event (flat rate based on length)</div><div>+ performance bonuses:</div><div>$1 per verified signup</div><div>$3 per redeemed event card at our bar</div><div>$25–$75 bonus for hitting event sales targets</div><div>Optional commission on product sales</div><div>Tips may be earned depending on event</div><div>Requirements</div><div>Outgoing, confident personality</div><div>Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers</div><div>Reliable and punctual</div><div>Able to lift and set up event equipment</div><div>Reliable transportation</div><div>Interest in beverage, cannabis, or wellness space is a plus</div><div>Ideal Candidate</div><div>Energetic and self-motivated</div><div>Sales-oriented mindset</div><div>Not afraid to initiate conversations</div><div>Takes ownership of results</div><div>How to Apply</div><div>Reply with:</div><div>A brief description of your experience with events, sales, or customer interaction</div><div>Your availability (days/times)</div><div>We are building a strong local presence and looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand.</div>
