Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Graphic Designer with a passion for event design to join our team. You will be responsible for producing engaging graphics and visual content for a wide range of live and virtual events, including branding, stage visuals, social media campaigns, signage, event collaterals, and more.
Your work will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our events and enhancing
the attendee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for events such as invitations, posters, banners, backdrops, booth graphics, and branded giveaways.
- Create cohesive visual identities for events, including logo adaptations, themes,
and moodboards.
- Develop engaging social media and digital content to promote events before,
during, and after.
- Work closely with event managers, 3D designers, and marketing teams to ensure
alignment with event themes and branding.
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors on production specifications.
- Adapt designs to various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency across all
touchpoints.
- Maintain an archive of creative assets and templates for reuse across projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or
related field.
- 1–12+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the events,
advertising, or media industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and branding.
- Experience in preparing print-ready files and working with production vendors.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio demonstrating experience in event-related designs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing for both corporate and lifestyle events.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Knowledge of large-format printing, signage specs, and display materials is
advantageous.
