The Role:
We are on the hunt for a passionate and creative 2D Animator to bring our YouTube videos to life. As a fresher, you don’t need years of corporate experience, but you do need a solid grasp of 2D animation principles, a killer portfolio, and the hunger to create visually stunning stories. You will be a core part of our content pipeline, taking scripts and voiceovers and turning them into captivating visual experiences for our audience.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate: Work with the creative team to brainstorm and storyboard concepts for YouTube videos.
Animate: Create smooth, expressive, and engaging 2D animations, including characters, assets, and motion graphics.
Synchronize: Sync animations perfectly with voiceovers, sound effects, and music tracks.
Brand Alignment: Maintain the established visual style and energetic tone of the EightFold Media brand.
Deliver: Complete video projects consistently within weekly content deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Fresher (0-1 years of experience). You
must have a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating your 2D animation skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects, or other similar apps).
Creative Chops: A solid understanding of timing, pacing, weight, and movement in animation.
Mindset: A fast learner who takes feedback well, adapts to new styles, and is excited to grow with a startup.
