Job Description – Junior Architect
Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore

Eligibility & Skills
Basic knowledge of:
1. AutoCAD
2. SketchUp
3. Related design software
· Good drawing and drafting skills (Mandatory)
· Basic understanding of architectural concepts
· Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
· Good communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and layouts
- Assist senior architects in design and execution
- Work on 2D/3D drawings and presentations
- Support project documentation and site coordination
- Follow company standards and timelines
- Maintain accuracy in drawings and designs
Work Schedule
- Office Timings: 9.30 am to 6.45 pm , Lunch break : 1.30 pm to 2.20 pm
- One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Half Day Work)
Salary & Growth
Freshers : ₹15,000 – ₹18,000
Experienced : 18,000 to 25,000
- Salary Increment after 6 Months
- Annual Hike: 10% – 20% based on performance
Probation & Leave Policy
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- During probation:
- Any leave will be treated as LOP (Loss of Pay)
- After probation:
- 1 Casual Leave (CL) per month
Notice Period
- Mandatory Notice Period: 60 to 90 Days
