Healthcare RCM Quality Analyst Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1+ years We are looking for a Healthcare RCM Quality Analyst to join our global IT MNCG team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience working as a Quality Controller for AR with medical billing service providers, and 4 to 6 years of experience in AR Calling/AR Analyst. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of medical billing processes and demonstrate confidence in process knowledge. Adapting to new situations and challenges, excellent communication, and typing skills are essential for this role. The candidate should also adhere to all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Review the work performed by AR Analysts/Callers and document any quality issues Evaluate call quality on various parameters such as conversational skills, claims resolution, and voice quality Contribute to the development of process documentation Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System for ISO Provide feedback and collaborate with the training team to deliver remedial training Verify the reports developed by AR Analyst/AR Callers, including aging analysis, understanding days in A/R, top reasons for denials, etc Adhere to MBW's information security guidelines Uphold ethical behavior and actively participate in maintaining ethical standards Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a similar role Experience in AR Calling/AR Analyst for 4 to 6 years Strong knowledge of medical billing processes Excellent communication and typing skills Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges Adherence to company policies and procedures
