Position: Executive – OAM (SOS – South)
Job Location: Bangalore
Principal Responsibilities:
Ensure timely generation and submission of contract escalations, fixed charges/back up supply invoices to customers based on contract terms.
Organize, file, and maintain accurate records and documents.
Track and highlight contract renewals in advance to activate deliver results considered in business cases.
Review daily production report of all SOS-South customers, interact with Onsite Manager and Operations, and support them by interacting with the distribution team for liquid product requirements.
Coordinate with internal back-office teams (OTC, SSC, BITS team) to ensure timely completion of all system-related work.
Conduct customer visits on a need basis to bridge the gap between customers, develop operating level contacts, and manage local customer relationships with SOS customer accounts in the south region.
Ensure timely payment collections from customers and meet the targets committed to Finance.
