About the role

Help design and deliver intelligent automation by joining our remote-first team as a Power Automate & RPA Solutions Engineer. Collaborate with global clients and internal stakeholders to build, deploy, and optimize end-to-end business process automations using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools. Key Responsibilities: Power Automate RPA Development & Workflow Automation
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) RPA solutions
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud flows
  • Integrate Microsoft Power Platform solutions with third-party APIs, databases, SaaS applications, and legacy systems
  • Build custom connectors, manage authentication, and handle exception/error cases within automated processes
  • Document process designs, workflows, and technical specifications to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve automation scripts and workflows
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers, and global teams to iterate and deliver automations that drive measurable value
Required Skills & Experience: Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, and Integration
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Automate or similar RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  • Practical knowledge of Power Automate Desktop flows, Cloud flows, and PowerApps
  • Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs, webhooks, and services within Power Automate
  • Solid grasp of process mapping, automation lifecycle, and best practices in RPA delivery
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with remote teams and delivering client-facing automation solutions
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English for stakeholder communication and documentation
  • Ideally have experience in integrating Power Automate with other workflow tools like n8n or no-code / low-code tools such AirTable.
  • Ideally have experience of using LLMs as part of an end to end process deployment. 
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced RPA, Power Platform & Intelligent Automation
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, Power Automate, or related certification
  • Experience designing solutions that incorporate Power BI and Power Apps
  • Familiarity with Azure functions, scripting (JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell), and custom connector development
  • Understanding of enterprise data security, user authentication, and governance within Microsoft 365/Power Platform environments
  • Exposure to building automations in consulting, business process outsourcing (BPO), or SaaS environments for US-based clients
  • Comfort working across time zones and with multi-regional teams
