<strong>The Role<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We are looking for a Klaviyo expert who brings both strong technical skills and genuine creative instincts to retention marketing. This is not a set-it-and-forget-it role. We need someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and invested in helping us build something distinctive. You will work closely alongside our team — this is a partnership, not a hands-off assignment.<br><br>

<strong>What You Will Be Doing<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Transferring Figma-designed email campaigns and flows into Klaviyo with precision and polish</li>
<li>Scheduling campaigns and managing a campaign calendar</li>
<li>Building and maintaining audience segments with a strategic eye</li>
<li>Creating and optimizing pop-ups and sign-up forms</li>
<li>Managing and improving cart abandonment and SMS flows</li>
<li>Growing and managing our SMS list alongside our email list</li>
<li>Utilizing Klaviyo's full feature set to improve performance and customer retention</li>
<li>Running A/B tests, drawing clear conclusions from the results, and implementing improvements</li>
<li>Monitoring and maintaining list health — managing suppressions, cleaning the list, and protecting deliverability</li>
<li>Pulling regular performance reports and proactively sharing insights on open rates, click rates, revenue per email, flow performance, and list growth</li>
<li>Designing and creating new flow and campaign ideas in collaboration with our team</li>
<li>Managing your own tasks and deadlines in ClickUp and communicating proactively if anything is at risk of being delayed</li>
<li>Catching errors and flagging issues before being asked — we value initiative over waiting to be directed</li>

<strong>What We Are Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Strong Klaviyo backend knowledge — this is a must</li>
<li>A sharp design eye and the ability to translate Figma files into polished, on-brand Klaviyo builds</li>
<li>Strong copywriting skills with an instinct for brand voice and original messaging</li>
<li>Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and performance optimization</li>
<li>Someone who understands how to pivot when something is not performing and can explain why</li>
<li>Someone who follows brand guidelines closely and treats design consistency as non-negotiable</li>
<li>A collaborative team player who welcomes direction, feedback, and creative input from our team</li>
<li>Someone who manages their own deadlines and communicates proactively — no hand-holding required</li>
<li>A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and catches issues before they become problems</li>

<strong>A Note on Copy<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Copy will be highly critiqued. We care deeply about brand voice, thoughtful messaging, and originality. Generic template language is not something we will accept. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an environment where copy is reviewed, refined, and pushed until it is right — and who welcomes that process rather than resists it. <br><br>
