We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead human resources operations within the US healthcare sector. This is a night shift role, requiring a seasoned professional with extensive experience working in the US, strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing talent acquisition and retention in a 24/7 operational environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee HR policies and programs tailored to the US healthcare industry. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives, leveraging ATS tracking software to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and healthcare-specific regulations. Manage employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning across night shifts. Monitor and optimize HR software and systems to support operational needs. Oversee benefits administration and compensation strategies. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 6+ years of HR leadership experience, with proven experience working in the US healthcare sector. In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tracking software. Experience working in night shifts. Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations and HR best practices. Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
