We invite early-career technical professionals to join the 2026 E4C Fellowship, a unique opportunity to build technical and leadership skills while addressing real-world challenges. Fellows collaborate with experts and best-in-class peers, deepening their understanding of engineering for sustainable development.

The Fellowship is a remote, part-time engagement (20–25 hours per week) running from May through September each year. The structure allows for a flexible work schedule outside of required mandatory calls.


Responsibilities:


E4C Fellows work with mission-aligned organizations to improve quality of life for people and the planet. Investigate, optimize, and design solutions that advance the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Contribute to real-world, impact-driven projects. Engage in a comprehensive learning program to become future leaders in Engineering for Sustainable Development. 


Qualifications:


  • Early-career technical professionals, whether studying (in 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent) or in the workforce.
  • We consider anyone with less than 10 years of relevant experience as an early-career.
  • We consider technical professionals to include (but are not limited to) engineers, architects, data analysts, computer scientists, natural scientists, or any others working at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and social impact.
  • Candidates should be proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
