We’re looking for an Executive / Manager – Digital & Social Media ✨
📍 Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–3 Years
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive/Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive audience engagement, and increase customer loyalty across various platforms. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
• Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner, fostering a positive community.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content creation and audience engagement.
. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of visuals and graphics to accompany social media posts.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
WHO ARE YOU?
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• You have an Experience of around 1 to 4 years
