About the role

1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a Consumer/Mortgage Assistant Loan Officer located in Great Falls, MT. Responsibilities:

Assisting members with their account financial lending needs.
Providing account information.
Processing various financial transactions, loan applications, interviews, decision making and disbursals, consumer, mortgage lending.
Assisting members with credit counseling and budgeting.
Lien filing and releases.
Cross-selling debt protection.
GAP, MBP, Debt Protection insurance.
Matching our members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products/services.

Requirements:

Business Degree or 2 years financial lending experience.
Knowledgeable in consumer and mortgage lending practices and regulations.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must be able to effectively cross-sell credit union services and products.
Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Proven team player.
Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
