The Experience, Design & Research department at 1Password exists to explore, research, design and champion the most delightful, clear and useful experience for all our customers, empowering them to be both secure and productive at work and at home. We're looking for a Senior Product Design Manager to lead a talented team of designers within our Channels group, focusing on growing our MSP (Managed Service Provider) and distributor partnerships. This role may also involve exploring opportunities to enhance how customers manage their account information, aligning with our vision of becoming a multi-product company. This is a new and emerging team within our company, and this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the direction of our MSP program. With a strong focus on both user experience and revenue growth, this is a unique opportunity to help establish and define a key area of the business, offering significant influence in a rapidly evolving space. As a Senior Manager, Product Design, you'll be the design leader behind the end-to-end experience for our channel partners. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team—including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing—to align on strategy and execution.
