WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - 2+ years of experience building SaaS platforms with Ruby on Rails. - Familiarity with database design and performance optimization. - Exposure to modern Rails front-end technologies like Stimulus and Turbo. - Experience working on SaaS application performance and reliability improvements is a plus. - A desire and curiosity to grow your skills with Ruby on Rails. - A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. - A passion for writing clean, maintainable code and learning new technologies. - Empathy towards the user and a desire to improve the experience for all of our customers. BONUS POINTS FOR: - Interest in modern Rails practices and contributing to the Rails community. - Background or interest in security or IT. - Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
