Business Development Representative

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with prospects, build relationships, and drive pipeline growth for 1Password's award-winning password manager and digital security platform. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Conducting outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify new sales opportunities- Scheduling meetings and demos with potential customers- Gathering customer requirements and pain points to match 1Password solutions- Collaborating with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to deliver a world-class customer experience- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotaTo be successful in this role, you'll need strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a passion for helping customers.
