About the role

Job Overview: Our client works with local governments in the US to help determine the value of every property located in the area they serve. They provide software solutions, gather property information, and analyze the data. Once the data is collected, it is analyzed, and tentative property values are set. Property owners then have the opportunity to dispute those values in order to keep their property taxes low. We are seeking temporary call center agents who can answer inbound calls, live chats, and emails and assist property owners in scheduling appointments to dispute their property values. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, live chats, and emails in a friendly and professional manner Schedule appointments using DaySmart Appointments Software Enter information accurately and completely Guide conversations to keep them brief and on topic Minimize dissatisfaction by demonstrating empathy Provide answers to basic questions about the dispute process Requirements: Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service skills Advanced (C1) level or above in English Must have a laptop or desktop which meets the minimum qualifications: Processor: Core i5 or higher RAM - 8GB or higher Bandwidth Requirements Minimum: Download Speed: at least 10 Mbps Upload Speed: at least 10 Mbps A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background.
