EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in the coffee industry (required)
- Proven experience managing at least 3+ locations simultaneously through Store/Stand Managers
- Strong track record of driving sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple units
- Experience leading leaders. You know how to coach, develop, and hold managers accountable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without losing the people-first mindset
- Comfortable owning metrics, P&L, and performance targets, and improving them
- Passion for developing talent and building future leaders (you don’t just fill roles, you grow people)
- Hands-on leadership style, in the business, not managing from a distance
- Skilled in balancing consistency and culture across multiple locations
- Strong communicator who can connect with frontline teams and senior leadership alike
- Experience with new store openings, scaling teams, and growth environments You bring energy, positivity, and a leadership style that fits the 151 vibe
