Shift
Leader Responsibilities
As
a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in store operations and team leadership.
You’ll be expected to:
- Lead by example, whether you're
the designated manager on duty or not
- Execute opening and closing
procedures
- Take customer orders and ensure
top-notch service
- Prepare products from start to
finish with quality and speed
- Maintain a clean and organized
environment
- Manage inventory, food and
labor costs, and cash handling
- Delegate tasks effectively and
support team development
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to and
from work
- Ability to stand for extended
periods, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs
- ServSafe Certificate
